Main breakers are located at each building in the alcove of panels.   
Breakers are labeled by unit #'s.   
 
Water is provided for through the Association fees paid.  City of Phoenix
Water shut offs are shared by two units.  Upper and lower.   
 
Waste & Recycle (normal service) is provided for through the Association fees paid.  City of Phoenix
  • Collection is performed on Thursday.  Trash should be bagged and tied.   Lids must be able to be closed.  
  • Recycle:  All items are to be of appropriate materials, not bagged.  
There is no bulk pick up in multi residential communities.   If items do not fit you must arrange and pay for a removal service

  • There are two waste and recycle receptacle locations in the parking lot area. 
    • One to the south by the main drive by the drive gate and another to the north west of the parking structure.
Cable and Telephone:  Contact Your specific cellular provider for internet options or Cox Cable or Century Link
 
Satellite dishes not permitted on roof or exterior of building.
 
 
Other Amenities
 
Parking:
  • Each unit has either a single car garage or an assigned covered space in the carport in the parking lot.                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Open parking is by permit (one per unit) and first come first served.   Parking lot is patrolled by a tow service. 
    • Fire lane obstructions are subject to immediate towing without warning.                                                                                             
  • Have additional vehicles?  You will need to park off site or make other parking arrangements. Have a slab behind your garage door?   Park on the driveway only if the vehicle doesn't extend over the sidewalk.  City of Phoenix will ticket for obstruction of sidewalk.
Pool area:
Accessible by a key.  Owners may requests keys by completing the form.   Tenants contact your landlords/managers to obtain.   Gates are not to be propped open.  Gates must be latched at all times.
 
Clubhouse: 
  • Is accessible from within the pool area and a punch code is required.  Tenants contact your landlords / managers to obtain.   
  • No smoking inside please out of courteous to others. 
  • Wish to reserve the clubhouse?  Contact Management. 
Drive Gate:
Gate closes at six (6) pm nightly.  A remote is required for access.   Owners may request remotes.   Tenants contact your landlords / managers to obtain.
 
Mailboxes:  Is you have lost or misplaced your mailbox key or have a resident who did not pass on the key you will need to contact your local post office to see if they will change out or open the box for you to locate and replace or hire a service.

Pest Control:
Residents are responsible for their own interior pest control.   the Association only sprays the common areas.
Termites-The Association carries a treatment warranty with Burns Pest Control.   This doesn't include WIR reports for resales or damage remediation.   
 
Pods:  
By pre-authorized written request.   Owners must file for request.
 
Pets:
  • Pets are permitted depending on the owners authority if leasing.   
  • Pets by standards of the association are no more than two and should be of reasonable weight and size conducive for condo living.   
  • All pets are to be leashed at all times and in control of the handler when in the common area.   There are pet stations for bags and disposal of droppings.   Be a responsible pet owner please.   
  • No pets are permitted inside the clubhouse, fenced pool area inclusive of any body of water.   
  • Service animals are to be a pre-registered service animal that performs a specific life saving function such as seizure detection and be identifiable as such with notable harness.
  • No outdoor feeding of pets permitted.
